Demand for Project Managers is growing yearly. Doing projects is one of the most complex tasks in our everyday work. A tool that helps is to structuralize all the necessary components of the project and do them separately. Project managers must have a wide variety of skills, including technical knowledge of how to complete a project, business acumen, and leadership skills. Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing the work of a team to achieve the set of goals in a specified time. Without these careful considerations, doing projects would get messy and unaccomplished.
ISTC is providing the course through a specialized syllabus, where students will take part in learning scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, resource management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, stakeholder management, integration management and agile project management. The classes will take 2 hours/weekly in an overall 5 week period.
