Where to learn Professional Project Management?
ISTC is providing the course through a specialized syllabus, where students will take part in defining project parameters, understanding the difficulties inherent in project management, get acquainted with some specific tools and techniques used in PM and most importantly be involved in a practical simulation of projects. The classes will take 4 hours/weekly.
Essential Tools and Techniques
This stage provides an understanding of essential terminology and applies basic PM tools and techniques to increase your effectiveness both on the team and in your own functional area. The stage is specifically designed to focus on the practical application of concepts by using MS Project 2016.
This stage is intended for professionals having no project management experience or those who are involved in projects but do not manage them, and also higher level students.
Strategic Project Management based on PMI (PMBOK6) Standards
The main objective of this stage is to provide theoretical and practical knowledge of the Strategic Project Management components based on PMI® (PMBOK6®) standards, project management tools and techniques to assist project managers and teams in various aspects of project management. The stage will go through the needed tools, frameworks and strategic decision making. It will teach you how to put your exact project into program context and later all of the projects and programs as a part of an enterprise project management office. You will also learn strategic decision making in order to make strategic portfolio management.
